The house is located in the historic Cleveland-Holloway neighborhood, within walking distance to downtown. Technically, within downtown. Friendly neighbors/street with a very active neighborhood organization. Walkable / Bikeable
The main Durham Library is one block away. Private entrance is located in the back of home by way of a long driveway.
Home owners live in the main home, complete with friendly dog who is inside mostly.
